    Arrived broken twice

    My complaint is with the poor packing. I received two orders of the same pot, both broken because of inadequate packing. I don’t think it would ever arrive in one piece. I did get a refund. Just sad I couldn’t actually get the pot I ordered. They need to actually pack the box so a large and heavy pot does not move around in the box. Really a waste not not even try to pack it correctly.
